This is one of our medium-sized houses and with the 21 sqm living area, including the loft, the house is especially suitable for you who are single and want to enjoy the freedom to place your house exactly where you want – since you can pull Sunshine behind your car! This model is perfect if you want to enjoy a real quality of life and feel close to nature.
The house comes on a trailer and therefore only needs to be hooked onto the car to be pulled to the next destination!
You can choose to buy the house with or without furnishing and we adapt the color scheme and materials to your wishes. In addition, you can choose from many different options regarding the interior, equipment, add-on-options and off-grid solutions.
PRICE:
Base price unfurnished: 30 010 euros (ex VAT).
You can add the bathroom, kitchen, furnishing and heating of your choice and customize the style and decor exactly to your wishes by choosing from a wide range of eco-friendly materials, and off-grid options.
NOTE: Since all our houses are custom built, the pictures show add-on options which are not included in the base price.
