a. Transactions for the rental or sale of tiny houses, campervans, or land are conducted outside of our platform.

b. Users may communicate on the platform to arrange for the rental or sale, but all payments must be made outside of our platform.

c. We do not facilitate transactions, and we are not responsible for any issues that may arise from transactions conducted outside of our platform.

  1. Privacy

a. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

b. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

  1. Indemnification

b. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
